I thought I better carve out some time to post some Easter pictures before it’s the 4th of July and nobody cares anymore!  We have been so busy with school (graduation is a mere 4 weeks away!!!! for me, NOT Nate), remodeling our bathroom, installing a new kitchen faucet, fixing a leak in the main water valve, out of control taxes, and just life in general!  But anyway, back to Easter…here are the kids.  And I have no idea why Sam looks like he is swimming in his suit coat and dress shirt.  Seriously.  It’s a size 2T.  And he’s not small.  Maybe he’s got a skinny neck.  Who knew?  And I couldn’t resist posting this cute one of Sam’s first Easter. These kids sure do grow fast!

The Easter Bunny found the kids while we were at church.  They got lots of good stuff in their baskets.  They played with these pipe cleaners for HOURS.  So did Nate.

The Beazers joined us for Easter dinner and an egg hunt in the backyard.  It is so fun to spend (practically) every holiday with them!!!

I did not give my kids one piece of Easter candy this year.  Nothing in their baskets, nothing in their eggs.  I decided there was no point, since I don’t let them eat it anyway.  We stuffed the eggs with foam stickers and the kids got to decorate little visors after the hunt.  B also had some little games and puzzles that she put inside the eggs, and the kids thought that was really cool.

We got to web-cam with my family in morning and topped the day off by web-camming with the Buxtons before the Beazers left that night.   It was a great Easter day with lots of good food and great friends!
